Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Assuring patient safety, offering milieu treatments, directing psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, conducting clinical evaluations, leading therapy sessions, and doing other case management duties as delegated are all part of the duties of a therapist.

Flexible, Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

 May provide additional clinical support for other members of the clinical team in their absence. 

 Communicates with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment. 

 Begins discharge planning on the day of admission for all patients. 

 Completes discharge sessions with patients to ensure coping skills, transition plan, and resources are understood and intact. 

 Ensures discharge appointments are confirmed with patients and loved ones prior to discharge. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Master’s degree in Social Work

 Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California

 Effective written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

 Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
