Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed

There are numerous difficulties in the mental health field, and it is our mission to bridge this gap and identify creative solutions to remove these obstacles for the communities we serve. We want therapists to devote their time and energy to doing what they do best—helping and treating clients!

Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

 Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

 Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

 Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

 Complete a required minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly on full-time basis for better work-life balance

 Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

 Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

 Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships

 Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame

 Other stuff may add to your responsibilities.

 Collaborate and be an active part of a team family, while also supporting your autonomy, flexibility, determination, and authenticity in individual work

 Provide direct clinical services (in-person or virtual) to clients (individuals, couples, families, groups) utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals

 Be of diverse identities, cultures, experiences

 Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Requirements

 Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

 Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

 Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

 Required experience with completing documentation, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical case notes

 Effective written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Education:

 Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

     Licenses Required:

 Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
