Full Time Medical Assistant - Bilingual Preferred but not required(Spanish/English)
Qualifications
* Team Player
* Accurate, Dependable, Friendly, Polite, Professional poise
* Strong communication skills
* Must be multi-task oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
* Knowledge of general office equipment including: fax machine, copier, scanner, multi-line telephone, calculator, and personal computer

Responsibilities
* Answer Phone Calls
* Communicate messages via the EMR software from patients
* Scheduling visits
* Processing and attaching incoming faxes
* Must have professional demeanor
* Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy
* Oversee the appointment scheduling process from phone or electronic requests, appointments and check out procedures
* This is a FULL-TIME, on-site position
* Triage Patients
* Chart Prep
* Phlebotomy
* Perform Data Entry
* Measure and Record vital signs
* Clean exam Rooms 
* Clean medical equipment
