Job Description: As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to our pediatric patients. Your responsibilities will include direct patient care, rooming patients, administering immunizations, and handling phone communications with families. We are looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Room patients and assist with clinical procedures
- Administer immunizations and other treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Answer and manage phone calls, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling and patient follow-ups
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a pediatric or concierge medical setting is a plus
