Job Title: Full-Time Occupational Therapist assistant Opportunity

Pay rate: $45/hourly

Duration: Full time

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Guarantee Hours: 40

Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists (OTs) in delivering therapy to patients by following treatment plans to support patient goals.
• Help patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and strategies.
• Document patient progress and update treatment records under OT supervision.
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
