HOURS & COMPENSATION
- $22/hr
- We have openings for the following shifts: 1:30pm to 10pm or 3pm -11:30PM
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing of daily reports and other logs.
- General housekeeping of school building and classrooms: dust furniture, empty trash in classrooms and office areas, clean and mop classrooms, cafeteria, hallways etc., on a daily basis
- Sanitize: disinfect and scrub drinking fountains, clean all bathrooms and locker room
- Handle general exterior building maintenance
- Checking buildings for maintenance and security.
- Dealing with emergency clean up situations.
- Proper use of a variety of custodial equipment items.
- Proficient use of computerized maintenance system including daily updating of work orders to keep records accurate.
- Perform all other duties as requested by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
- Must be able to perform moderately heavy work.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- All candidates must have cleaning or janitorial experience
- Ability to lift 40 Lbs
- Must have valid Driver License
