Kohl's - 7103 FM 1960 East - Responsibilities: Lead store operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment; Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices; Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment as necessary; Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards and how to leverage Kohls tools and resources; Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions that drive overall store results
