We are looking for a full-time or part time highly motivated, personable and passionate hairstylist to join our team! We have a beautiful salon in Leominster with plenty of new clients to share, if you are still looking to build your clientele. Or if you are looking for a new salon to call home we'd love to have you! We are a family-owned business with a friendly work environment! We offer a base pay plus commission earning ability is endless.

BASE PAY

• Minimum wage ($15.00)
• Retail Sales commission 10%
• Stylists make commission and tips - sliding commission percentage 50%-60%

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing hair services including haircuts, colors, treatments, foils, facial waxing, blowouts, etc.
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Punctual
• Assisting in store duties (e.g., helping with cleaning and assisting other stylists.)
• Coming to work looking good

QUALIFICATIONS

• Stylists with or without experience . We are willing to train the right person.
• MA Cosmetology license
• Strong communication and customer service skills. A stylist who is super friendly and accommodating to clients.
