Job Description
We’re seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team to build a custom CRM used by internal stakeholders. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing our customer relationships and will collaborate closely with business analysts, sales, marketing, and other business units.

\nThe ideal candidate will have experience building, designing and scaling modern web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and backend development experience. This role blends frontend craftsmanship with strong backend engineering, giving you ownership across the entire development lifecycle.

\nRequired Skills & Experience\n
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience building frontend applications with: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience in Java or Python
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of modern software development practices (Git, code reviews, testing) \n
- Experience with: Spring Boot (Java) or FastAPI/Django (Python)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Docker and containerized deployments
- GraphQL
- Microservices or event-driven architecture
- Experience working in agile or startup environments
- Exposure to performance optimization and observability tools \n
