Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO/COO who can take the reins of our financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cost control, and operations management. This role is not just for someone who excels with numbers but also for a leader who can influence and drive operational success across departments. The primary function of the role will be financial nature, but an ideal candidate will also need to gain a deep understanding of operations and make financial based operational decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Manage and optimize operational functions, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including valuation, negotiation, and integration.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, offering proactive insights to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute the company's strategic direction.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge company performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead efforts to control costs and improve margins, with a hands-on approach to operations management.
