Position Summary

Client is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural and forensic investigations, with a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural and forensic investigations on commercial and residential structures.
  • Conduct site visits, including structural and forensic inspections, to assess conditions and identify issues.
  • Compile, write, and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, letters, memos, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, insurance professionals, and property managers.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
Required Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a passion for structural design, a sound technical background, and enjoy working with a highly respected structural engineering group
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) license, or ability to obtain in 6 months
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural design of bridges and other structures
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial building materials, systems, and assemblies.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
