Role: Onsite Technician
Location: Cherry Point, NC
Duration: Fulltime

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or training in system installation, networking, or related areas are desirable.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in system installation, IT support, or related roles, with hands-on experience in installing and configuring IT hardware and software.

Skills:
Proficiency in installing and configuring IT systems and equipment, including hardware and software.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve installation and configuration issues.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and cabling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and end-users.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
Experience with RFID active and passive technology, and RFID tagging.
Experience with cabling, wifi, IT troubleshooting.
