Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SaaS / SwaS product sales and marketing professional with 9-11 years of experience in Business Development andAccount Management.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market and establish relationships with potential clients & key decision makers
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects to showcase the features and benefits of the product / asset
Manage entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure of deals
Work with existing clients to enable upsell
Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including forecasts, pipelines, and client interactions.
Generate insights using this data and modify the strategy, if required
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to drive focussed sales efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing to identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements

Qualifications and Skills:
MBA (preferably in Sales / Marketing) from Tier I institute
9-11 years of experience in Business Development with 5+ years in selling SaaS / SwaS assets / products (preferably reconciliation or transaction monitoring)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
Location - Mumbai
Immediate joiners preferable
