You will act as the link between business expectations and technical implementation, working in an environment that values autonomy, responsibility and professional growth.What you will doIn this role, you serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will:Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications. Organize workshops and interviews to gather, refine and challenge needs. Work with API concepts, data models, SQL and basic cloud/architecture principles. Create user stories, process flows, functional diagrams and test scenarios. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Execute functional testing, analyse defects and support troubleshooting. Contribute to improvements in processes, documentation and best practices. Who you areYou bring structure, analytical thinking and clear communication. You also have:A Master’s degree. At least two years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role. Solid knowledge of APIs, data models, SQL, cloud concepts and general IT architecture. Experience with functional documentation and test case creation.Strong analytical skills, including root‑cause analysis and the ability to challenge requirements. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights for non‑technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile/Scrum is considered an asset.
