Job Title: AEM Functional AnalystLocation: Brussels, BelgiumDuration: As soon as possible - 30/06/2026Language: English, Dutch OR FrenchDescription of the assignment: The Company searchs for a Functional Analyst improving & optmizing the current website built on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology. He or she will support and encounter the above objectives of the OPP project.Based on the workshops organized with the business department (Marketing And Sales) & in alignment with the Adobe Solution Architect, he/she will be in charge of the following tasks:Part of the AEM teamBeing one of the bridges between Business and Technical teamTranslation the Business requirements into Adobe functionalities and componentsGuidance for the business requirements and Adobe best practices related to assets, components, pages, templates, site structure, SEO approach etc.Preparation of the stories for development & prepare the functional analysisGive demo when testing on the new functionalities have been preparedLeading workshops to switch unclarities into clear specificationsDeliverables: Documentation of the Adobe functionalities & components based on the Business Requirements & based on the Adobe best practices. ProfileThe applicant will have experience in similar job one during at least 2 years. He will also have :Knowledge of AEM (including 6.4 and/or 6.5)Knowledge of Adobe Target & Analytics & Adobe Campaign is a plusExperience in leading workshops & giving training/demo on Adobe products such as AEMExperience with Devops & Waterfall project approachesExperience with wireframes, UX concepts, SEO concepts, able to link them to AEM conceptsStrong communicative skillsGood coaching skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsExperience in discussing with web agencies/design agenciesExperience in discussing with technical teamSkillsAEM 6.5 Agile Communication Jira or DevOps Responsive Design User Journey
