Role:- Techno Functional Analyst (background in IVR/conversational AI)

Location:- Charlotte NC (100% Onsite)

Job Type:- Contract

Responsibility :-

  • Experience with Conversational AI projects and Kore.AI Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage.
  • Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience
  • Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
  • LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
  • Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, especially IVR systems.
  • Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
