While we value flexibility and hybrid working, we also believe in being close to our customers, especially in a hospital environment where understanding workflows and processes is key.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Functional Analyst / Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of our solutions at customer sites and act as the primary functional point of contact for our hospital partners. In this role, you will own customer projects end-to-end, representing BeWell from requirements analysis through implementation, go-live, and follow-up. You will work closely with hospital stakeholders to understand their workflows, translate their needs into clear functional requirements, and ensure the successful configuration and adoption of our platform. You will collaborate daily with our product, development, QA, and support teams, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and delivered with high quality.
