Working closely with the business teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities. The role is centered around enhancing Dynamics 365 through configuration, customisation and continuous improvement to support evolving business needs. ResponsibilitiesLead functional design and delivery of D365 CE Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilitiesCollaborate with business teams, senior stakeholders, and end users to gather, refine and document requirementsConfigure, customise, and extend the D365 CE platform to introduce new features and optimise existing processes.Support solution testing, user training and adoption activities across the organisation.Work with technical teams to ensure integration's, data flows and system enhancements align with business objectivesSkillsStrong hands-on experience with D365 CE Customer Service & Omnichannel.Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into functional solutions. Proficiency in system configuration, customisation, workflows, business rules and extending platform functionalitySolid understanding of customer service processes, case management, and omnichannel engagement models.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
