Mandatory Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience performing business analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients on business process reengineering and requirements analysis to support and manage functional and non-functional requirements and business rules

Desirable Qualifications
Must be actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications in one (1) from an industry recognized certification organization. a. Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) b. Program Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI- PBA ) Certification
Actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications from an industry recognized certification organization: a. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) b. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications from an industry recognized certification organization: a. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) Certification b. Certified Software Tester
A minimum of two (2) years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience
Current certification in Lean Six Sigma
