We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join an amazing firm that is on an upward trajectory. The ideal candidate will have at experience in fund accounting, a strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, and experience with various fund types, including private equity and hedge funds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Maintain the general ledger for multiple fund entities. Monitor and analyze trading costs to ensure compliance with stated fees. Calculate capital calls, distributions, and management fees. Book trades in the accounting system on an ongoing basis. Prepare and calculate Net Asset Value (NAV). Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of work experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Administration. Proficiency in various financial accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Advanced understanding of Fair Value GAAP Accounting and financial reporting.
