We're growing fast and looking for an exceptional Funding Concierge to join our high-performance team in Tampa Bay. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and a natural problem solver, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
As a Funding Concierge, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring funeral homes and families receive timely funding while providing top-tier communication and follow-up. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating directly with funeral professionals and families regarding claim status

  • Collecting and reviewing assignment documentation

  • Following up with insurance companies to confirm claim receipt, documentation, and payment status

  • Providing empathetic, accurate, and timely support by phone, email, and CRM

  • Documenting all claim activity and updates in our internal system

  • Supporting the Funding team with claim submissions and verification processes

  • Managing multiple open claims at once, tracking timelines and follow-up schedules

  • Helping create a seamless, concierge-level experience for all partners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills with a calm, clear, and professional tone

  • Experience with insurance claims or customer service a plus

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

  • Empathy, integrity, and a desire to help others
