Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store managers, ensuring an unwavering commitment to top-tier customer service.
  • Oversee the holistic spectrum of store operations, strategically achieving financial targets across multiple store locations.
  • Elevate store performance to its zenith, setting new standards for excellence.
  • Direct inventory management and curate visually appealing displays.
  • Mentor and guide store managers, empowering them to surpass sales targets.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, while maintaining pristine store appearance.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Possess 5+ years of proven retail management experience, ideally within the furniture industry.
  • Showcase an impressive history of driving retail sales success.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adept at juggling multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and clerical tasks is advantageous.
