We have 4 full-time seasonal positions for a start date of FEBRUARY 26 and 10 full-time or part-time positions available for a start date of MARCH 11 July/August depending on the season.
Job duties vary by season:
- *Filling pots with soil, planting seeds and transplanting plants
- *Maintaining plants, including pinching and pruning
- *Restocking plants from growing areas to the sales floor
- *Retrieving hanging baskets and other items for customers*Answering customer questions about plants
- *Maintaining the grounds
- *Conducting end of season cleaning and maintenance
- *Must be able to spend large amounts of time on your feet, climb ladders, and lift 20-30 lbs.
Candidates with greenhouse, nursery and gardening experience welcomed - but we happily train hard workers!
Pay ranges from $13.00 on up, depending on experience .Working hours vary, but range from 8:45am to 5:30pm.
Most employees must work weekend shifts beginning in April, Mothers Day Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend.
