Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist, MD or DO (Board Eligible or Board Certified) to join our dynamic healthcare team at a well known federal hospital. In this essential role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive system disorders, offering both routine and specialized care to our diverse patient population.

Your responsibilities will include performing endoscopic procedures, managing chronic gastrointestinal conditions, formulating treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. At GLI, we are committed to enhancing patient outcomes through high-quality medical practices and a supportive work environment.

This position requires board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology and an active medical license. U.S. Citizenship is required.

This opportunity includes regular office hours, with potential for on-call responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with gastrointestinal disorders using a variety of diagnostic techniques.
  • Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive management of patients' digestive health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
  • Active medical license to practice in any state in the United States.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on gastrointestinal health and patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • This position can be a 1099 or a W2.
