A well-established, multi-physician gastroenterology group in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing practice. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, supported by strong hospital affiliations and an established referral network.

Requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure

- Year One total compensation approximately $430,000
- Year Two compensation includes base salary, retention bonus, and ASC distributions with projected earnings of $650,000+
- Partner earnings potential $700,000+
