💸 Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience and education)

🔐 Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Anglicotech, LLC is a veteran-owned small business specializing in Organizational Change Management and Enterprise IT Implementation & Services. We are seeking a GCSS-MC Supply Analyst & Trainer to provide expert-level training, supply analysis, and troubleshooting support for II Marine Expeditionary Force and North Carolina based Marine Corps Units.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Train and assist Marine Corps units in GCSS-MC supply processes and system functionalities

✅ Support II MEF Units in conducting hands-on training within GCSS-MC Mobile Training Suites.

✅ Analyze unit supply readiness, providing data-driven insights for operational effectiveness

✅ Support GCSS-MC configuration, supply chain management, and workflow improvements

✅ Conduct knowledge transfer, capturing best practices and lessons learned

✅ Provide liaison support between II MEF Units, GCSS-MC Help Desk, and USMC logistics leaders

✅ Develop and deliver customized supply training programs, including desk-side support and classroom instruction

✅ Assist with supply module validation, reporting, and audit compliance

What You Need:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field (or 7+ years of relevant USMC supply experience)

🛠️ Experience:

• 5+ years of GCSS-MC experience with supply processes
• 3+ years of training/instruction experience supporting Marine Corps or DoD logistics
• Strong knowledge of USMC supply policies, orders, and directives

🔐 Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Expertise in OBIEE, Power BI, Qlik, or other supply data analysis tools

✔️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for GCSS-MC supply processes

✔️ Experience with Marine Corps logistics architecture and supply chain models
