As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: GenAI Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $85.00-$115.00/hr What's the Job? Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources. Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process‑level visibility. Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting. Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real‑time metrics. Customize GenAI applications using approved LLMs for process mining, task mining summarization, and anomaly detection. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Machine Learning/NLP focused roles. Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining. Proven experience with cloud‑based data pipelines. Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools. Exposure to or hands‑on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS). What's in it for me?
