A well-established Cleveland area residential management and real estate development company is looking for an energetic degreed accountant. Some experience preferred, but we'll train a solid entry level candidate. Job Functions Analyze monthly financials and cash flows for multiple properties Prepare bank and GL reconciliations Maintain a Fixed Asset system for multiple properties Perform procedural audits for multiple properties File state and local taxes Perform various year end processes Bank reporting Analyze mortgage and escrow statements Other special projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comprehensive understanding of general accounting principles Advance proficiency in Excel Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work Excellent multitasking and time management skills Ability to work independently Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting Experience with Real Page and Sage 300 Timberline software is preferred Experience with Fixed Asset system is preferred Gross Residential is celebrating 108 years in business.
