Job Description:
Responsible for cleaning the building/space according to the specification in the contract. All cleaning materials are supplied by NBS.
General cleaning knowledge required
Must have reliable transportation and able to handle manual labor
Background check/drug-free as needed
Reports to area manager
Skills:
Basic knowledge of all floor care.
Good eye for detail
Labor intensive
Decision making capabilities
Able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Clean space daily/nightly
Vacuum, dust, detail restrooms, kitchen/break areas
Follow directions as stated in the log by customer and area manager
Additional traits and responsibilities:
Working with wide variety of people effectively Team Player
Ethical, trustworthy, honest Ability to multi-task
Uniform and badge while on premises provided by NBS
