Are you ready to make a significant impact on property preservation across Gillsville GA? Join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to maintaining and improving properties throughout the region. We're seeking skilled individuals to fill the following positions:
Skilled and experienced independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, for Property Preservation (Lawn Maintenance) and Maintenance services.
We work with property preservation National companies to safeguard the home and protect and preserve the property to ensure it is in proper conveyance condition. Contractors are responsible to take pictures while working at the property, for instance, before, during and after photos of the work, and full property condition pictures.
Responsibilities:
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
o Removing debris, trash, and personal items from the property
o Performing lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal
o Securing the property by changing locks, boarding up windows, changing doors.
o Performing winterization to protect plumbing from cold weather or low temperature.
o Repairing damage to the roof, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and heating system.
o Performing inspections and taking photos of the property condition
o Completing work orders before the deadline.

Requirements
o Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
o Ability to use tools and equipment
