General Finance Specialist Apply
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven individual to serve as a Finance Business Partner to the operations team. This critical role is responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing gaps in revenue and margin optimization, ensuring the continuity of the respective leader’s growth strategy, and supporting the innovation and enhancement of finance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Optimization: Define, measure, and analyze gaps in revenue and margin optimization. Provide gap analysis and work with the AGM to realize optimization based on account SOW/Billing models.Business Partnership: Act as the liaison between the finance and operations departments, providing support for forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic direction in line with the trusted advisor model. Act as a business partner by recognizing opportunities and providing recommendations for improvement.Reporting & Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of forecasts and annual operating department budgets. Execute ad-hoc analysis, Financial Reporting & Presentation, and ensure timely and correct submission of deliverables (such as monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis).Profitability Management: Prepare and review case profitability data to ensure completeness and high data quality. Produce project profitability reports and analyze the profitability of billing models and Statements of Work (SOWs).Vision & Innovation: Be responsible for developing strategies to fulfill the vision set by the Site Lead for Digital Operations and Digital Solutions. Own change management initiatives coming from global finance.Required Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant working experience, including proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar FP&A role. FP&A experience in an IT and project business environment is preferred.Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Google tools (Google Docs, etc.).Professional Attributes: Confident and effective results-driven individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and as a team member.Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both orally and written (English). Desire to be a strong business partner, actively challenge the status quo, and continuously engage with stakeholders to improve business efficiency and processes.Preferred Knowledge & SkillsMBA and/or CPA / CMA preferred.Experience in setting up KPIs to better track business performance and drive effective financial management.Ability to work flexible hours and engage with teams cross-border and internationally.
