About the Role:

Javelin Custom Builders is seeking hard-working, dependable General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s ready to work outdoors and on job sites, helping with everything from landscaping and demolition to light carpentry and cleanup. If you're reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to pitch in wherever needed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and other construction tasks

• Perform landscaping work including mowing, trimming, and yard maintenance

• Help with job site cleanup and handling heavy materials

• Support skilled tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution

• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Operate hand and power tools (training provided if needed)

• Take direction well and adapt to a variety of tasks day-to-day

Preferred Experience:

• Basic carpentry or landscaping experience (a plus, but not required)

• Familiarity with common construction or yard tools
