Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks at job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure that the workspace is organized and free of hazards
- Support team members in various projects, depending on the needs of the client
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on job sites
Requirements
- Prior experience in a general labor or similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
