National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a General Laborer / Tarper for our location in South Windsor, CT 06074.

Job Details:

The tarper will be working at a transportation facility helping the drivers by unrolling tarps on top of their truck or cargos until everything is cover by the tarp.  The tarper will also be securing the tarps with straps and bungee cords that way they don't fly away with the wind while on the road. Tarper is responsible for keeping work area clean of debris, empty skids, etc. farther more the job would also include assist drivers who are stuck and assist shag drivers to hook to a trailer.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Saturdays when needed)

6:00 a.m. until finish around 2:30pm

Starting Hourly Pay:

Regular: $18.00/hr.

Overtime: $27.00/Hr.

**BIWEEKLY PAY**

Requirements:

• Have two updated valid forms of IDs.
• Have and wear Steel toe boots at work.
• Must be physically capable of lifting over 100 lbs. (Tarp's Weight)
• Being Bilingual is a plus. (English and Spanish Speaker)
• Must have Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be comfortable working in all types of weather. (Outside Job)
