About the Opportunity A growing, international organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its North America Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role offers exposure to unique revenue streams, complex accounting processes, and a highly collaborative team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional or someone making their first move from public accounting into industry. The team values curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement and is investing heavily in process enhancements, AI, and technology. Responsibilities Reconcile settlements and research variances Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities and general ledger accounting Maintain schedules, including sales tax and royalty reporting Support external audits and compliance requests Partner with operations to understand business activities and financial impacts Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 0-3 years of accounting experience Public accounting experience or internship highly preferred Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems is a plus (Even better if D365) Cost accounting experience is a plus Who Will Be Successful in the Staff Accountant Role Curious and eager to learn Proactive and takes initiative Detail-oriented and analytical A strong communicator and team player Adaptable and excited by growth and change Interested in leveraging technology and improving processes Annual bonus opportunity 401(k) with 5% company match Paid vacation, personal days, and company holidays Flexible hybrid work environment Strong mentorship and career growth opportunities Ideal for a Big Four or public accounting professional looking to make their first move into industry with a company that values development, innovation, and long-term growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
