General Maintenance Coordinator Apply

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Maintenance Admin is an essential member of the maintenance and engineering team, responsible for the daily operation of the computerized maintenance metric system (CMMS)
- Primary responsibilities include logging mechanic activities in the CMMS, generating scheduled preventative work orders, and generating department key performance indicator (KPI) reports
- Manage site engineering supplier network blanket purchase order receipts and invoicing
- Collaborate with production and maintenance staffing to facilitate work order process
- Maintain and organize site retention compliant preventative maintenance records
- Work with supervision and mechanics to track assigned tasks
- Create and modify work instructions in CMMS based on engineering direction
- Coordinate activities of facility support vendors
- Actively participate in client's Operational Excellence activities
- Participate in the client's environmental, health and safety (EHS) activities, completing daily, weekly and monthly safety related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION / TRAINING
- Must have a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing data management system
- Familiarity with computers; ability to retrieve information and navigate through systems using MS Office suite and Maximo (PM Module).
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and written not only within the maintenance team but also with customers, contractors and vendors.
- Working knowledge issuing POs through procurement system
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities as required.
- Ability to complete and maintain internal safety training requirements
- Desire to garner and use constructive work feedback in a positive manner to improve personal performance
- Must have ability to lead team and be dependable and cross-functional, working independently with minimal supervision.
