Shift Details:7:00AM-3:30PM

DESCRIPTION:

Provide minor repairs to building infrastructure such as drywall patch and paint, minor plumbing, general building maintenance duties. Assist with preventative maintenance duties, check work orders and mark as completed. In the event of an emergency, he/she may be called to support necessary tasks in association with that emergency.

Valid driver license
A lot of walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, carrying objects under 40lbs
Warehouse type setting (some work required outside, on roof, in the droplot)
Temperature variations inside and outside
On call backup (on rotation every 45 weeks depending on available techs onsite)
