Our client is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects and ensuring the facility remains in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Maintenance Worker

Location: Lake Pleasant, NY

Pay Range: $29/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify issues.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
