Responsibilities
- Full time availability
- Manage a small team of Graphic Designers / Sales Associates
- Set daily/weekly/monthly job schedules and revise as needed
- Aid in answering customer calls/emails and consult/interface with customers to obtain necessary information for estimating and proofing
- Create customer proofs/renderings and estimates and follow up on multiple job opportunities
- Maintain organization of all potential and active customers from inception through installation
- Oversee job flow and electronic/paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to help company efficiencies
- Ability to manage and delegate projects within a small team
- Ability and willingness to be personable with clients via phone, email and in-person
- Ability to develop and manage specific projects/accounts/customers
- Knowledge of Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Flexi Design Software
- Ability to learn and utilize project management and estimating system software (Trello and Corebridge)
- Signage / Graphics industry experience necessary
