General Manager Commercial Pools Apply
We are hiring an experienced General Manager / Production Manager to lead large-scale commercial pool construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role requires a hands-on construction leader with deep expertise in commercial aquatic builds and the ability to manage multiple active job sites from pre-construction through project closeout.

Role Overview
As the senior field operations leader, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial pool construction projects, including excavation, structural forming, plumbing, shotcrete, mechanical systems, decking, finishes, and final startup. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage commercial pool construction field operations across multiple job sites
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct routine site visits to maintain quality control, OSHA compliance, and production efficiency
- Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, job costing, and reporting to protect profitability
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, clients, and internal teams to resolve field challenges
- Implement process improvements and standardize operational procedures
- Recruit, mentor, and retain skilled pool construction teams
- Ensure all permitting, inspections, documentation, and final turnover requirements are completed accurately
Requirements
- 10+ years of pool construction experience, including 5+ years managing commercial pool projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or similar construction management software
- Proven leadership experience in safety-focused environments
- Valid driver’s license and residence within the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
