About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a luxury hospitality group to identify a General Manager for a private, high-touch cocktail-driven concept within an upscale hotel environment.
This is not a traditional restaurant role.
This opportunity is built for a leader who understands how to create an experience, not just manage an operation—someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, member-style environment where consistency, personalization, and presence matter.
Comp Set: $90,000 Base + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading the Experience
- Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
- Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
- Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
Owning the Operation
- Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
- Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
Driving Performance
- Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
- Balance guest experience with financial results
- Support programming, events, and seasonal activation's
Building the Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
- Coach and mentor team members in real time
- Set clear expectations and maintain accountability

Requirements
Preferred Background
- Luxury hotel outlet, private club, or high-end standalone concept
- Experience in cocktail-forward or experiential environments
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Background in structured service cultures (Forbes-level, boutique luxury, etc.)
What Doesn’t Work
- Transactional or checklist-style management
- Leaders who prefer to operate from the office
- Overly rigid or corporate leadership styles
- Inconsistent operational or financial discipline
