The ideal candidate will oversee the effective operation of our treatment facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients struggling with substance use disorders. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for addiction recovery and a strong background in healthcare administration. The General Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will work closely with various departments to create a cohesive environment that promotes comprehensive client care and successful recovery outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of substance abuse treatment programs and facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to substance abuse treatment.
  • Monitor program budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, specifically within substance abuse treatment or behavioral health.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in substance abuse treatment.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
