An iconic, northern Arizona luxury destination resort seeks a seasoned, well-rounded and hardworking GM to drive success across all areas of its expansive operation, consisting of 300+ guest rooms, multiple outlets, private catered events, golf, an award-winning spa and extensive wellness-oriented experiential activities and programming. $185k++, reports to Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Stable/tenured work history, 'job-hoppers' cannot be considered
• 10 years' luxury senior hospitality ops experience that includes significant Food & Beverage leadership (GM, AGM, Hotel Mgr, etc.)
• Independent vs. branded-only background preferred
• Forbes Five-Star training required
• Demonstrated success managing P&Ls of $100M+
