The retail general manager is responsible for the entire operation of a retail sales location. This involves leading the sales process and developing people, with the goal to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Hire, train and develop a team of sales consultants, office managers and support staff to achieve sales center profitability, customer satisfaction and referral generation.
