What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily operations, managing both on-site and remote team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring:

- Extensive culinary production experience, with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service with passion and consistency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Working knowledge of Sodexo systems, including Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC), along with proficiency in computer applications and report management. (Note: This requirement applies only to internal candidates.
- Valid driver's license required.
Position Summary:
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
- Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
