General Manager Apply
SWGP Brands is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate General Manager responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day restaurant functions, including staffing, training, budgeting, and customer service, while upholding brand standards and values.
This is a full-time, salaried position paying $75,000 to $90,000 per year plus performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set goals for team members.
- Promote a culture of accountability and responsibility, ensuring team members adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage menu execution and maintain stock levels.
Customer Service
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally and proactively.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback to make improvements where necessary.
Financial Management
- Meet budgets and goals, including labor, food, and operational costs.
- Analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Monitor daily revenue and expenses, implementing cost control measures as needed.
Marketing and Community Engagement
- Develop local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.
- Represent your store at community events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 1 year in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:

- Experience with steakhouse or casual dining restaurant management.
