We are seeking a General Manager to serve as the trusted leader and face of our Flossmoor location. This is not a traditional restaurant manager role. This is a leadership position for someone who commands a room, earns trust, and takes pride in ownership-level accountability. Responsibilities Lead Membership engagement and programing for member events Serve as the primary leader and decision maker on site Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability Qualifications Strong emotional intelligence and presence Comfortable leading without micromanagement Passion for hospitality as a craft, not just a job Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations Compensation $50,000 - $75,000 yearly About 7th Floor Hospitality Group 7th Floor Hospitality Group (7FHG) is a multi-concept hospitality company bringing vibrant, downtown-style experiences to suburban communities.
