Summary
The General Manager oversees all manufacturing operations. This includes implementing plant wide development strategies, production improvement, quality control measurements, providing P&L master plan, and organizational structures. Ensures company's compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and product specific orders; provides general training, cross training, and employee development programs.

Responsibilities
- Provides information to stake holders that are key areas to improve manufacturing processes and provides strategies to mitigate risk, and contingency planning.
- Prepares manufacturing plan and reports, to drive performance on areas in the production; and provides continuous improvement implementation.
- Enforces company policies, including safety protocols, quality assurance, human resources, customer service and accounting policies.
- Oversees management's cost-effectiveness in all stages of manufacturing, including maintenance, logistics, and procurement.
Requirements
- Experience in POP/POS/fit out.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, including P&L strategies.
- Strong operational experience establishing and measuring KPI's.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
