Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Kennesaw, GA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, driving membership sales, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Additional duties include developing strategic plans to meet studio goals, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and employees. The role also includes oversight of financial performance and leveraging marketing efforts to attract and retain members. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Proven experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, and coordinating resources effectively.Sales and Business Development: Skills in membership sales, customer acquisition, and developing growth strategies to meet financial goals.Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and addressing client needs.Fitness Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Pilates, fitness trends, and wellness practices is highly desirable.Organizational and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, set priorities, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.Interpersonal and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of studio management software and tools.Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus.
