- Job Title: General Manager
- Location: Livermore, CA
- Key Responsibilities: Developing and relaunching the plumbing division, overseeing sales and team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are met, conducting operations and P&L meetings, overseeing Revenue and Gross Profit, formalizing a coaching and training program, setting individual goals for all staff positions with financial responsibilities, building team rapport, training the team on gaining new referrals and repeat business, creating an annual budget and controlling expenses.
- Initial Projects include: Ensuring all processes are in place and being followed, implementing and reinforcing sales process, implementing and reinforcing max capacity dispatching process, communicating and executing targets, maintaining employee engagement and positive company culture, and relaunching full plumbing service.
- Expectations: In the first 30 to 60 days, the General Manager is expected to build relationships with the team, learn Service Titan software, meet with the leadership team, draft and propose a Plumbing Initiative launch plan and a Sales Strategy, and show a thorough understanding of Sales and Operations.
- By the third month, the General Manager should be overseeing the team's sales and operations performance, be responsible for driving key behaviors and numbers, and have a plan in place to increase closure rate by 20%.
- Ideal Candidates: Servant leaders, positive team players with excellent communication skills, proactive problem solvers, and highly organized individuals with exceptional execution skills.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 2+ years similar experience required, 2+ years' experience in General Management in plumbing home services required. Familiarity with Service Titan software or similar project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
